“Going Within" examines the cyclical, spiralling nature of Life in our hearts, minds, and bodies. We tend to view our life-journeys as linear, our progress building on one experience after another. Meanwhile, life also might be experienced as a wheel, a circle, or a spiral, constantly turning us within to see where we came from, to learn, and to explore the insights offered every time we return home.
